These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beluga Management website at beluga-management.com, a service of Bunny Agency LLC, and our creator management services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Beluga Management provides creator and influencer management services including, but not limited to, talent management, brand partnership sourcing and negotiation, social media growth strategy, content strategy, campaign management, and monetization advisory. The specific services provided to each creator or brand are outlined in individual service agreements.
2. Creator Applications
Submitting a creator application does not guarantee acceptance into the Beluga Management roster. We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Accepted creators will receive a separate management agreement outlining specific terms, commission rates, and services.
3. Brand Partnerships
Brand partnership inquiries submitted through our website are not binding commitments. All campaign terms, pricing, deliverables, and timelines are finalized in separate written agreements between Beluga Management and the brand or agency.
4. Commission and Fees
Creator management services are provided on a commission-based model. Commission rates are specified in individual creator agreements. There are no upfront fees for creators to join our roster. Brand campaign pricing is provided on a per-project basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Beluga Management website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Beluga Management or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
6. User Content
By submitting information through our forms (applications, contact forms, newsletter signups), you grant us permission to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access to our website. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our management services, including but not limited to follower growth, brand deal volume, or revenue amounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beluga Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
10. Termination
Creator management agreements are month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in individual agreements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
